Terrible customer service, lot I won arrived in pieces due to TERRRIBLE packing, was loose, no additional packing to prevent damage. DO NO BUY if u expect items to arrive safely, this is based upon my experience

A & A Auctions are great people and very helpful. They suggest bringing your own container for your items and I brought shopping bags which were too small to carry the lot I won. They managed to find me a spare box in their storeroom to carry my items out. I'm glad they are local for me and I'm able to pick up directly from their store. 10/10 would recommend.
