Great overall experience.
Great communication through automated system, easy invoicing and payment platform. Shipping department was efficient, packed everything appropriately and shipped to me in a cost effective manner. Will for sure be following the auction house and bidding again!

Unbelievable …
I really liked the item and watched it for about a week and had to ask a shipping question. If I won it, I didn’t want to be surprised by a huge cost. I sent an e-mail and the next day, I had a response! I kept watching and the day of the auction, I placed a bid and crossed my fingers. I won it and was blown away by how they helped me finish up the win. Everything that I asked was answered quickly. To top it off, I was nervous about the shipping and they assured me not to worry. In a very timely manner I received my win, packaged incredibly well. To top it off, my shipping was a little lower than we thought it would be and the job was better than I thought was possible. I’m now following this auction house!
