I love, love what you do, I love the site!!! I do have a few suggestions regarding the auction site:-it would be great if you could make all payments directly as soon as the invoice is sent from the live auctions email. Some of the auction houses are not set up for this, but it makes it easier for buyer and seller.-I cannot see all my "won" items in my cart, but I can see all my saved items-I'd love to see entire history of all my items purchased-it would be very helpful in terms of revisiting certain auction houses..-under the drop down, if you could go to United States, then the state to drill down even more would be very helpful.-I'd like to get alerts when my favorite auction houses have an auction-When you are on the screen that shows the auctions occurring today, it would be helpful if you also listed the state as well as "US" as many times I will purchase certain items depending on their location, ie large furniture in my home state as I can go get them, smaller items in other states further away.-When bidding on an item, where it has the auction house, if they have their own shipper, it would be helpful if it was listed in the "bidding" box. Again, love, love love this site, so glad I found you! I have referred you to several people!!!:)

Today is April 22. The auction was in March. Had to send e-mails and call both the Auction House and UPS shipper several times regarding the delay in shipping. Appeared to be negligence on the part of the shipper to pick up and ship.

Hello, I have waited a while to take this survey, to see if the auction house would remedy the problems but at this point, no, no they will not. I bid and won on an "antique handwoven Navajo rug" It looked strange I bid, fair game. I won. What did I get? First off after talking to a restoration professional, not Navajo, then, not hand made, then not antique, then after a crazy up charge on shipping it finally got here, only for it to be an active infestation of moths, which now fly around my apartment, if I were in the vicinity of this auction house I would be banging their door down. This is bad form, this is the worst, and calls into question the idea of law suits. They do not return phone calls, so what do I do? You tell me A resonce would be great

The fram was broken, and they did not report it in the discraption, also they charged my cridate card twice, finally the item was shipped in a very large box just to charge more
