The auction was on Saturday March 7 and I received my item via UPS on Wednesday March 11. Best service I've ever received from a Live Auctioneers auction house. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

This auction house is totally for the auctioneers! No any insurance to the bidder. If the lots are destroyed, almost no one to help a claim. The auctioneer closed the communications, and refused to give any hand. This year, I have 4 pieces porcelains to be broken when I received at the face of postman, the Customs find they were broken before while checking (the Customs put a statement inside the boxes)

Packing very bad, two big porcelain charges broken. I'm so sad!

Claim no answers: 1. Two lots (lot17/285, total bidding value $1800) broken from Royal sea antiques auction, EMS sent one back, no answer so far. 2. Two lots (around Feb 26.2016) from Leo's coffers LLC didn't ship to me yet so far, Total bidding value about $1500 I feels once the bidder make the payment, then they like a sheep on board. God bless them. Thank you
