My lamp arrived in pieces and had to reassemble Including rewiring. Also it indicated 28 inches high but that included the harp and at best deceiving as to actual size.

I used Premier Pack and Ship Co. to ship my auction item I won recently from Wealthier Art & Auction. Vincent Chau was exceptional to work with. He not only answered all my questions in a very timely manner but was also kind enough to hand deliver it to me since he was in the area and also since my picture frame was very fragile and he was afraid it would be damaged in the shipping process.
