Mr. Carey, I am sorry that lot 528, the Clapper, does not function. Only 1 in 10 do. In referring to Excellent, I refer to the paint condition only. Lot 530, the Medium Organ, please state what part you are saying is repainted. We will resolve the situation. We do want you to be happy with your purchases. Thank you

I bought 2 cast iron mechanical banks. Both were described as being all original. One had repaint. The other had a repair to the bell striker and even at that the bell does not ring. Not Happy

Nice people at the auction house
I contacted the auctioneers about picking up my winning item. went and picked it up, had a nice talk with the folks there. had a walk around showing me some items coming up at a future auction I might be interested in.

high shipping & handling costs
excessive shipping charges and packages arrive in recycled reused boxes. You would think for the money to get better. High premium-I have decided to never use RSL auctions again.

I love an auction that ships
I love an auction that ships. I have had terrible time with outside shipper from other auction houses holding my items ransom for lots of shipping/handling and pick up costs. I love RSL Auction! They were reasonable and fair in their shipping costs. Thank you!

Online bidding experience
The data input did not keep up with the auction. I placed many bids that were not recognized. I called RSL and they blamed live Auctioneers. I have never had this experience with another auction hosted by Live Auctioneers. Very frustrating and unfair to the seller.

There were glitches with the auction that day. We called LA directly to discuss the situation. The problem was out of our hands and wish would of had a better experience.

Parcel was sent to Swaziland in Africa instead of Switzerland in Europe and I fear it’s lost! I am absolutely not satisfied, as I am loosing a lot.
