Shipping too expensive for 8 spoons but more affordable than third party.

Accurately described Steuben set, very pleased. Also UPS area service store did a great packing job and I received the items very quickly too!

They force customers to pay for packing and shipping of items they win. This would be fine, except the shippers they recommend you use charge exorbitant fees for this service. I was asked to pay $300.00 for pack/shipping of a dish set. I also found their level of communication severely lacking, vague and in the end, they never got back to me about a refund. Will NEVER use this service again.
