This woodblock is even more lovely in person. The Auction House was terrifically helpful, informative and easy to work with. I’m a Winter Park fan! The auction house quickly provided detailed answers to my pre-bid questions, and to technical issues with LiveAuction website. They notified me when the framed woodblock was posted, and it arrived promptly and safely packaged. Very easy process.

Going through regular shipping companies and the vase would have been destroyed. I often take road trips around the country to pick up items and meet the auction house owner and staff in person. I was very great full as they stayed open late and let me pick up the items after hours. Allowing me to drive up to Atlanta that night and make all my appointments the next day!!

What a wonderful experience! This auction was so easy, so seamless it was a joy to participate in. Bidding went perfectly. They proactively reached out to me to confirm my won items, and assured me they were delivering them the following day to their preferred shipper. I was quite taken by how easy it was, many houses make the winner try and track down a shipper from a list to take their item, but Winter Park takes all that on for you. The shipper then contacted me and again confirmed my two lots, packed them together for a savings and quoted me a price. I thought they had the decimal point in the wrong place given what shippers are charging, but it really was only a two digit charge. I can’t say how pleased I was that Winter Park has already established a very good working relationship with a reliable and super friendly polite and professional shipper. We had a lot of fun organizing the shipments, laughing at some items they have seen. I can’t say enough good things about my first experience with Winter Park Gallery, from first bid to final tracking to delivery on time, it was an auction dream come true. Mark them as a favorite seller, as they do all the leg work for you, even arranging delivery of your items by hand to the shipper for you, not having to get release papers signed once you finally find a shipper to take your order. Its not very often that you come across a team that is 100 %.... and thats exactly the case for Winter Park. From the running of the auction to arranging smale details in the shipping i have to give a solid 5 stars! Sia was wonderful and extremely helpful... they made sure that my item (which by the way was 1200 miles away, in Boston) was professionally handled and delivered to the shipper of my choice. Sia is a pleasure to work with, drove to pickup some tapestries a few hours, tapestries were fantastic very happy with them, condition was better then expected, Sia boxed and folded tapestries and even asked me to look at them and made sure I liked them even after I had paid, he helped me unfold and fold them back up and showed me some other pieces around the gallery. Winter Park Gallery is an efficient, honest, reliable and flexible auction company that also provides after sales service like delivering my items to me at my budget preference to faraway Singapore personally which most other auctions will not do for me. Their staff ie Sia really put in effort to help me in my shipping to my distant address in Singapore personally. Sia is a good sales staff who is really patient with me and all the problems we went through. The best part was Winter Park's quotation of their shipping rates which was very reasonable and affordable compared to other shipping companies. I really recommend everyone to buy from Winter Park and their commission charges are only 15 % above the auction price and that is definitely much lower than other auction companies.

I had the best experience and interaction after winning an item at Winter Park. My initial request for information was immediately answered. When travel plans took me out of the country; the owner, generously held my piece for over 2 months. The mask I bought was big, fragile and had existing damage; Shipping was extremely important. Sia, the owner, took his own time to to drive the mask to a UPS store. When I was. uncomfortable with their packing experience, he again went out of his way to get the mask and bring it back to the gallery. Truthfully, he spent more time on helping me than the item is was worth; time is money and Sia spent a lot of his time helping me. Time that he was not reimbursed for. You can bid with confidence at Winter Park Gallery; you will not be deceived or ignored and the lots you purchase will be what you expected. Throughout all the inconvenience I caused, Sia was patient, respected my opinion, was helpful, and never gave up until the job was done. I found him to be a genuine, engaging and honest person. During this time, I have come to like and respect him, although we have never met. Never, in the 5 years I have been buying at various auctions, have I had a similar experience

I won a piece of furniture that needed to be freighted to my home up the coast. Winter Park Gallery helped with this process and was also willing to hold the item for me while I found a good shipper. They were extremely helpful in this process, very informative, and very friendly.
