I purchased several bowls from Sia at the Winter Park Gallery and the pieces were just as described and even more lovely than I expected. Sia made the whole process easy for me. He's very knowledgeable about antiques, and rugs in particular. I look forward to doing business with him again.

They did not hear from me regarding shipping in a timely manner as the UPS Store wasn't very responsive to me. I supplied UPS with my invoice and lot number, as is my normal practice, and they responded that I had to provide the weight and dimensions in order to get a shipping quote. When I contacted Winter Park they said they were going to the post office the next day and would take care of it, which they did. I would absolutely recommend Winter Park and look forward to dealing with them again.

Prior to the auction date, Sia weighed the sculpture for me in order to get an accurate shipping quote. She posted the weight on the LiveAuctioneers website, helpful for everyone. I did win the item but became concerned regarding a delivery date due to not being available to accept delivery after a specified date. Sia expedited delivery of the sculpture to UPS and requested UPS to ship my item ASAP. I requested UPS to ship via 2-day air and Talena at UPS managed the shipment quickly. I was grateful for the quick and expeditious help from Sia at Winter Park Gallery to assist with the shipment, alleviating my concerns. Thank you so much. D.

The Winter Park Gallery was great to work with. Everything was just as described. I was having trouble getting my ottoman shipped, but the gallery was very accommodating. They helped me find a shipper and held the ottoman for an extended period of time until it was able to be picked up. Very pleasant to work with, I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about Winter Park Gallery. I have spent the pandemic furnishing my new house via LiveAuctioneers, so I have had a crash course in auction companies. Honestly, IMHO, Florida auctions are a mixed bag. These people, this auction company are rock solid. I won't think twice about bidding at their auctions.
