In person viewing & examination along with online viewings are available to all bidders 30 days prior to the auction. Unreliable shipping, unresponsive, rude company
I purchased antique prints. Winter Park shipped the package FedEx but failed to check the signature required box. The package never arrived. When I tried to talk to the auction house to find out what happened and ultimately learned they did not check the signature box, Winter Park was rude and could care less. They blamed it on me, that I should have specified how to ship. When I asked where on their website I could have done that, they just repeated themselves and failed to show me where I their website I could have specified shipping instructions There isn't a place where a buy can do that. I asked for my money back and was told, they won't give me "my lousy" money back. They should be in the service business. I would not buy from them again.

Very helpful and accommodating, beautiful pieces
The pearl earrings I won at their auction were beautiful! Lovely lustre and indeed as large as they said, accurate colour description. The Turkish plate was high quality and with lovely intricacy as described in the listing. I hope to visit their actual Gallery soon. I had personal challenges picking up the items that they helped to easily resolve by switching to shipping for me. Very accommodating.

Unbelievably sad business ethics Be very careful with the description they are selling counterfeit
I asked before purchase and they told me this rug is Persian and they guarantee me the authenticity. I received a counterfeit Chinese rug and they refuse to take it back. Do not buy anything from this auction house.

Thank you for the comments! But the sad reality is that this buyer purchased the lot knowing what it was. The lot was clearly described and stated in our descriptions. The buyer who is an auctioneer, tried reselling it in their own auctions and they failed reselling it after 3 or 4 months they request a refund. That's not how it works. Not a single communication from this buyer neither before nor after the auction. Our auction was on September 26th and now in December 27, All of a sudden they show up with a charge back request and a bogus claim and a negative review comment. Our auctions post 45 days prior to the sale and all bidders have ample time to ask all their questions and concerns before bidding. The buyers read our terms and conditions of the sale and agree to our binding contract. Buyers remorse after 3 months in not a valid excuse for a refund nor it is falsely accusing us of false claims. We have rejected your request to bid with us again and You are permanently blocked from our sales. We have zero tolerance for your Libel, false accusations & defamation of our auctions and We hope you understand the ramifications of your false comments.
