It’s nice to see someone take pride in their work and give the best service they possibly can. I was not a big bidder but was treated kindly and courteously which is greatly appreciated. The winter park gallery not only has a beautiful inventory, but it also has a remarkably wonderful way to make your purchase and shipment easy and particular needs. I have rarely found such caring and creative problem solving in my many purchases through Live Auctions. I look for their auctions purposely: I know the pieces I acquire will be fabulous and that I will be cared for as a friend. Bravo!

Item listed as bronzed though. They turned out to be bronze plated. I noticed this before payment was made. They checked and said they were bronze though. They were not In fact bronze. They insisted I fulfill the purchase stating our commission and shipping is so inexpensive. You must make payment Or we will report you to live Auctioneer as a non-paying bidder.. They're shipping and commission is quite reasonable. The items are very nice. They are just not accurately described and it's sad that the auction house would force a bidder to pay for something that was materially. Incorrectly listed. This is not to say I would not bid with this auction house again, I would be exceedingly cautious when reading the descriptions. For example, I would not buy a set of silverware Sterling from them or something They said was a diamond ring.
