I think it should be mentioned if the art is made by the mentioned artist, or a copy or remake. (even if signed by famous artist) This is not clear at the moment. And sometimes it seems an original but is a remake instead. This should be more clear, I think. Overall it is very nicely done!

I'm very disappointed they declined my actions because they said there a pending I tried to pay but they never gave the bill.

Auction house should get exact shipping quote prior to making customer pay and then reimbursing for overcharged shipping.

The art was not authentic and a poor copy of Van Gogh kneeling lady. The size depicted was not easily examined-but it said rare Matisse. I am going to ask for my money back as the appraiser said the piece should not have Matisse name if it was a copy and their ad said nothing about a copy and this is fraud. She said I paid double what most fakes are worth and the piece was misleadingly presented The dealers had to sign for the funds; and, were never around to meet the mailman. I felt satisfied that was done as they were filing a dispute on me and yet sold a fraudulent piece, and I told them how and when the funds would arrive. When the office was called, the person answering spoke Spanish not realizing I could as well. I pointed out he was not easy to speak with or listen to and I am disappointed no English speaker was around. When I send an email and Jowel Bodden responded. I do feel businesses should be accredited or known as reputable; vendors have to get their credit checked so should the dealer.

I asked the auction House to provide the estimation documents/basis for the artwork which I have acquired and didn't receive any answer. I have the strong feeling that the basis for the estimation of the artwork I have acquired was pure imagination...
