Hau Xin were very easy to deal with and helpful. It would have been nice if they had an answering machine on their phone as we were in two different time zones.

I won a bid on a jade Ruyi Sceptre. I found out that they sold the exact same (copy) on two seperate occasions several years earlier. They described it as a "nineteenth century piece". It doesn't take a genius to figure out what Hua Xin Auctions is doing. When confronted with this, they simply denied it and said it was the same piece being auctioned again, B. S. They refused to refund my money. BUYER BEWARE. Their other reviews seem to show the problem with this company. The high ratings are probably from their friends and relatives. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

Same like previous comments from other byres to judge the age, I asked a question. the answer is different from the actual good. Item very new and worth less than quarter of the value I paid. Take care.

Totally faked vintage item. Very difficult to see detail from listing pictures. It’s cheating auction taking advantage that buyer can not view/check item in person. Used chemical materials at bottom of plate and faked as ancient sign of ages. In summer it smells terrible. Never buy again.
