Easy auction house and very helpful

They offered refund. Sent item back. They received item, I DID NOT RECEIVE REFUND.
I received the sets of coins, however, they were sets of all the same coins. I did not expect to receive, example, 8 of the same coin denominations. Seller offered refund. I sent the coins back. Seller received the coins, I sent not receive refund.

Packing took longer than I have grown accustomed to. Fast, accurate shipping.
They say it may take a while to ship and they were true to their word. Coin count was spot on. Packing fine. Will gladly bid again.

We responded to every email and I told you this. I have refunded your money. As you are very well aware because I told you so, we had a CV19 issue where me and my staff are infected. But no-one seems to care about that. Two CV19 related feedbacks. I hope you stay safe. It isn't anything I wish for anyone.

Payment process was extremely fast... Then
Was excited to receive items. Made prompt payment and then told repeatedly Items would be sent out in a few days. Finally on 24th day they were supposedly shipped. I have still not received them 7 days later and the tracking has not been updated in almost as many days. I understand sellers do not control the post office and oh lets not forget COVID, however I purchased many things on this site in the last 30 days and have received many of them in a few days from all over the country. I have made seller aware of the situation and no response. If sellers gave the buyer options on who they would like items shipped with, since we are the ones paying for it, that could resolve a lot of the issues. But the seem to use the least expensive for them, no savings for buyer, then wash their hands of it.

Bidder started complaining 5 days after sale. We shipped... USPS is very slow right now and delays are common. They are delayed in pick ups... and deliveries. December 12, 2020 In Transit, Arriving Late Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.

Coins Poorly Packaged
When my coins arrived, the 2 raw coins were loose in the package and banging against each other. They had been placed in the two flaps of a coin flip, and the seams separated during shipping. More care should be taken to keep this from happening. Also, they photo of the GSA Morgan was too side and small to enable me to evaluate the condition of the coin.

We are sure sorry about that. The coins are typically packed so well, people are very happy. The images of the GSA's are difficult at best to make a clean and clear image. The reflective nature of the plastic makes it nearly impossible to take a good closeup. This is a fact for all picture takers. The GSA's sell for a static amount, it is very rare that you would get anything that garners more than the standard static rate. Unrealistic thought process there.
