This Issue as of 1/26/26 has several issues which are disturbing. One of the first was no payment option on the platform. Second being contacted and asking to purchase other items through WhatsApp. The next is asking for a bank Routing number and being told to do a wire transfer it wasn't needed. The going through that discussion several times then to be given a list w 5 different bank numbers under another name that individual selling items under and air conditioner company...... very odd... when going online and attempting to wire money to some of the other banks it also asked for a swift number and then ask for dollars or rupees going to India.. the story goes on as listed below... It is what it is. I will call them and show them the amount of confusion you have caused in my detailed emails and screen shots as well as text messages. If this is the way you wish to proceed that is fine. I will not waste my time as I will let my many auction items and the 100s of k speak for themself. I will not respond to this type of behavior of being bullied or threatened. I will post this as well on the LIVE AUCTION platform. I just responded to you via cell text message that our wifi has been down due to the freeze in the State of Texas as well as electricity. So you have 2 ways to respond, take the dispute down, let leave it as is. It is not my responsibility to interpret funding this item off the Live Auction platform nor give 5 different incomplete banking numbers, and have it under another name that doesnt have anything to do with the name of who you are. Furthermore the security of Chase bank asking for more info between USA dollars and Rupees was a matter w in itself. You filing a complaint against me while me being 100 % transparent is an issue w in itseld all the while me showing you screen shots of the banking platform. Please consider how you wish to proceed, this whole transaction has been unlike any other of the 100’s Ive been through. Dan

THE ITEM IS NOT WORTH EVEN $40 CHEAP REPRODUCTION PAINTED ARABIC CLIGRAPHY PRESENTED AS A PIECE OF ART CLEARLY ITS NOT

I feel like this piece was shipped not only through space but through time. It arrived with the outer box wrapped in muslin that was hand-stitched together and sealed with red wax. Talk about a way to present a genuine antique! The unwrapping was almost as much of a thrill as the item itself-a beautiful wood and etched-brass ink blotter exactly as shown and described. This seller left quite an impression!

My purchase experience was not at all what I expected. The photo and description of the DAHL, showed a used, slightly damaged piece, indicating age use, and even a modicum of history. The DAHL I received appears to be brand new, very well made, excellent quality, but not what I expected. After all, "History Collections" is the name of the source. There was also a minor shipping/site problem, I contacted the dealer to cancel the order, only if I could not get the problem resolved, and he threatened to blackball me on E-Bay. Though I understand how he felt, it wasn't very courteous. Since I am relatively new to E-Bay, I honored my bid and resolved the problem, buying the DAHL. I don't think I would buy from this source again.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Sanjiv of History Collections reassured me the items I purchased from him would be exactly as he posted them and I would receive them on time. I would recommend History Collections to all bidders. Jeffrey A. African American Collections
