Can't get in touch with auction house since the end of an auction. Having to arrange shipping outside of your service seems quite often inefficient.

The shipper is not good. for 3weeks to answer my quota and when quota me as my wishes by USPS, but actually use FedEx. so slowly.

New auction house. Director did a great job in communicating, and making arrangments for me to pickup my one item that I won. I am very excited to his next auction. Thank you
