SAID SOME ITEM LOST TOO A MONTH TO GET CREDIT THE OTHER ITEMS I WON WERE AS EXPECTED

Great items, amazing prices and incredible (and knowledgeable) staff-what else is there to ask for? Auctions tend to feature unique collections as well as a good mix of antiques and contemporary items. Descriptions and images are sufficient and their team is consistent when it comes to sharing important information/concerns about the items. As for the overall auction experience (online or in person), I have done numerous auctions with Adkins over the past two years, they run a tight ship and move through items quickly.

The Adkins folks are pros-plus they’re nice, too! Fun doing business with them. Recommend!

I have been buying items from Auctions by Adkins for more than a decade, and I have always found them to be accurate about the authenticity of the items they sell and expeditious and professional in transactions to ensure I received the items I won in their auctions.

The third party shipping company they used was very professional, prompt, and diligent in handling and shipping my item! However, it more than tripled the original price.

Quick and easy. Very nice to deal with too.

Invoice has been paid for more than a month-items have not been shipped and messages to the auction house go unanswered. I can't get any information on the status of the items, or where or whom I should be speaking to so see the order is shipped. Cannot recommend.

GREAT ITEMS

I shop at the antique mall often in person but do all my auctions on line thus far. Items are in excellent condition and at a Good price. I just did the liquidation auction for the first time that was Fun getting various items Grouped together for a Real cheap price. It’s like Christmas morning. Paying process online is perfect for me and they hold my merchandise j til I can get there.

Adkins Auctioneeres have always worked with me on pick-up or shipping. They are very flexable and are willing to work with their buyers & cusstomers. I will continue to buy from Adkins!!

Very smooth transactions and shipping.

They just never shipped my order. After 8 messages through the site, a Facebook post on their page, four phone calls, talking to three people after 12 days, they were charging me $10 for handling and $76 for shipping. I finally just asked for a $6 refund. The owner, comes on the line, saying "I'm unhappy (for some reason) cursed at me and hung up after not having any information about the issue. Just awful, unprofessional, discourteous, excessive. Incredibly frustrating waste of time. They just aren't equipped to fill the orders they are putting on the site.

They are upfront about items 'conditions and descriptions. the process is seamless. We love their auctions!

I had a great experience with Auctions by Adkins. Great communication, responded quickly with answers. Very helpful with shipping and I appreciate that items were packed in house. I hope to make more purchases.

Never again doing business with this company... the shopping cost to ship my item was $75 when its easily should be 12 -14 $priority shipping. Very disappointed!
