I hope that I will be able to amend this review when the seller communicates and follows through with their responsibilities. Item not received, very little communication, this should have been an easy transaction and it’s been almost a month and unless I call them or contact them there is no communication. I don’t believe at this point anything they tell me, and I have hope that they will follow through at some point at which time I will am end this review.

I had a very good experience. The items were as they were photographed and described. I called and left a message about arranging pickup and they called me back promptly. The pick up was fast and easy. Very happy!

Recently I won a rifle offered by Auctions by Adkins; I was surprised at how quickly & easily the process of paying for it and having it shipped to my FFL was. That part worked like a charm. When I had a look at the rifle at my FFL, it was what I'd expected, from the photos that were posted on the auction site; I was glad to find that there were no outstanding flaws on the reverse side of the rifle, since only one side was shown. All in all, it was a good transaction. If there had been a major flaw that wasn't shown, I wouldn't have been as pleased. I'm glad that although the condition of this rifle & its scope (it was a Weaver, I'm happy to say) was pretty much guesswork, it all turned out OK!

I will buy from them again, bid with confidence

I'm supporting the Auction Houses that have accurate descriptions, reasonable premiums and timely in house shipping while avoiding the multitude of shady operators that lurk on the LiveAuctioneers platform. Adkins is one of the good guys.

I have been trying to get shipping information on my purchased item for over a month. I purchased this item two months ago. They keep stalling and saying they’re “looking it up” and then never providing it.

I paid to have my four lots shipped to me. Only three arrived and two of them (pink platter and green bowl) arrived shattered in multiple pieces. One set of cups did not make it in the box. I emailed Auctions by Adkins twice and received no reply or acknowledgment. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

I won a pair of costume jewelry earrings from Adkins, LLC and paid for them in full within the required time frame. Despite the fact that their policy says they pay for the shipping for Jewelry I was never sent the earrings. Instead they sent emails to a my defunct email address, ignored my repeated telephone calls about shipping and sold the earrings to someone else. I put in an official complaint with Live Auctioneers and Adkins refuses to reimburse me. BIDDER BEWARE! This auction house is NOT LEGIT.

I begged them to help me figure out what was going on with my package. I had paid (11/26), I thought ok, Then billed again (12/2). I BEGGED for a tracking number. Then, I find that I was supposed to have gotten my package on 11/21/19. Paying the bills after I was supposed to have gotten my package is crazy?!?! Does anyone think a vendor sends out anything without payment first? Also, I was happily buying things every other day on the liveauctioneers site. ** This is the second dealer that doesn't use Paypal that has given me a package STD-that's what it feels like. Does anybody out there like to pay for expensive things that they never get? They send it via USPS, "with insurance." USPS marks it as "delivered" so that even with insurance they say that the receiver (me) MUST have gotten it, so even insurance doesn't pay. I'm like a piece of wood-scr * wd. Dealers using Paypal may not have to put a tracking # but they potentially make the whole deal more professional. I will finish up the bids I have, then I'm quitting. There are a few dealers that I trust that I access via other sites. I will keep using them. I'm so sad. I really lovedliveauctioneers.com.
