When I had a problem with shipping an item, they came to my aid. Thanks to some fine people. Betmar-4738

They told me that the lot can be send by auction house. The price that I'm payed for this small thing was very high. But the lot was not send after 1 month after auction date. Very bad communication. Will never deal with this auction house again.

I am going to end up losing $36 because I can’t afford the $67.49 to have it shipped. It’s a ridiculous price for very small items. No one in their right mind would pay this for something that should be $29 AT THE MOST. I feel like this is a scam and I’m extremely disappointed because I really want what I bought. Would never use this site again.

The Auctions by Adkins team are great people to work with. They are professional, fair and have fun with their patrons at the auctions. Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff! I have attended auctions at their Antique Mall as well as participated in the Live Auctions when I couldn’t attend in person. Definitely recommend this company! JJenkins

They offer help with arranging shipping but do not answer emails or respond phone calls.

Auction house owner is arrogant. We called him to deal with an issue and he was extremely rude and condescending. The staff seem confused as members of the staff gave contradicting information regarding the shipping process. There appears to be a lack of clear direction from the owners to their employees. Very bad customer service.

Next time please take a few photos of rug so we can tell how is the condition. The rug i purchased its totally worn out with lots of damage. it didn't show at the photo The rug has to go to GARBAGE.

Photos were not the best. I did not inquire about the item. There was no mention of age, but after receiving it, obvious that it is vintage (20 + years old) instead of antique as I was expecting. The payment process was very smooth and in-house shipping at a very reasonable cost helped keep the overall price down of the piece, so I am very happy with the shipping cost.
