This was one of the best experiences I've had with an out of state auction house. The auctioneers items, description and services were great. The shipping process was exceptional. They usedqualitypackship.com, so all shipping costs were predefined and quoted by region prior to the auction. This allowed me to bid higher than I normally would, without fear of the inevitable unknown over-priced shipping and handling fees that shipping companies impose in these situations. I wish all auction houses would build similar relationships with shipping companies to provide transparency prior to the auction date. Bravo!

Great people to work with.

The auction house was top notch. The shipper, Quality Pack and Ship, was specifically requested to ship UPS. Unfortunately, they disregarded that request and entrusted the horror of horrors FedEx. The item was finally delivered albeit two days late which complicated matters as it required a signature guarantee.
