I won an auction lot and noticed that the item was damaged once I had won. No details of the damage had been provided on the listing. Despite 6 emails to the auction house where they repeatedly mentioned that they had double confirmed it was just an issue with the lighting and the item was in perfect condition (I have these on record), I was shipped a damaged product which was in even worse condition that previously indicated. I would encourage other bidders to tread with caution when using this auctioneer and other than an apology in an email which indicates that they are at fault, they refuse to take ownership for the problem nor offer any recourse.
