From registration for the auction to online bidding, from paying instructions to receiving the extremely well packed 18th century VOC blunderbuss that was high on my wishlist to obtain (and the added bonus to the whole experience was the video in which my blunderbuss was one of the 5 highlights of the whole auction, so cool!), it was all smooth sailing. Hats of for this auction house. Seriously. These people know what they are doing.

So Canada Post decided on a whim not to export my entirely legal antique firearm which I bough online. M & M have been amazing finding an alternative specialist to ship the item. Very pleased with their helpful attitude.

The Shipping cost was extremely high. I paid over $80 Can. for a 2 1/4 LBS box from Ontario, Canada to western NY. They use FED-EX. There was one fee on top of the other. Ridiculous. Even with the exchange, I should not have to pay ~ $60 to have such a small box shippid over the border. Also, They put to 7 "dolls in a 8" sq box. they should have been shipped in a bigger box

Bought toy Lehman New Century Cycle, the information listed for the toy was not totally accurate as I found out when I tried to sell it Need to ask lot of questions or instance their was supposed to be EPL marking on the bottom and it is not and the year of manufacture is questionable as stated in listing

Be prepared to pay Tariffs if you bid internally. Not much anyone can do about it but it does throw a wrinkle into arranging shipping. I had to establish a FEDEX account but the transaction went smoothly once I figured it all out. Good communication from the auction house and shipping department which ensured a fairly smooth transaction.

I was a bit concerned being a first time American buyer however they were very friendly and answered all our concerns about imports and tariffs and helped us with pick up arrangements

Miller and Miller has been historically consistent and professional. Every step was perfect. But now, with "changes" made to our "government" it's now nearly impossible to have something shipped from Canada expeditiously. It's been over a month since I purchased and paid for my item. All because Customs now hangs onto every item crossing the border. The fault isn't Miller's, it's the good ole 'U. S. A.

If the de-capping pin had not been missing, I'd say I got a great bargain but since it was missing, I got a good bargain. I didn't complain but the auction house should've listed the missing pin. Anyway, I'm happy with it and expected to have to pay more. Thanks!!

Great Auction House! Two great auctioneers that were awesome! Customer Service was friendly and professional. Shipping department was informative and packed my items perfectly! They even gave me a partial refund, since shipping the item cost less to ship than originally quoted, and I didn't even ask, they simply refunded some of my shipping cost! Now that is an Auction House that cares and gives great customer service!! Very happy!

Packed perfectly and shipping was fast. I had it in under a week. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from a Canadian auction house. They have redeemed Canada for mistakes the idiots from the other auction house made. I look forward to future auctions with Miller and Miller.
