Slow to ship winnings
My winnings arrived 18 days after my payment of the invoice. I wrote them twice to get a status without any response. Given this level of service, I am hesitant to participate in another auction of theirs.

Slow to ship, poor communication
I purchased items in two auctions. I'm still waiting for an update on an items I purchased 4 weeks ago. I have found communication to be slow and unresponsive to queries. At this point, I'm not ready to continue to do business with this auction house. Should they redeem themselves through improved communication and prompt shipping of remaining items, I'll consider buying through them again.

POOR QUALITY PRODUCT SLOW DELIVERY
Bid on and won American Silver Eagle 2 Coin 2012 San Francisco Proof S. Coin Set. Won auction on 4/23/2019, Paid for item on 4/24/2019. Item delivered on 5/15/2019, 21 days after payment was received. Upon inspection of the item it did not appear to be new as described in the auction details. The 2012-S American Silver Eagle Proof Coin has small dings and surface scratches on the Sun depicted on the coin in the front lower left corner. The Show case had signs of small imperfections and the outer box slip cover had a crease on the side. The packing was poor and the outer mailing box was crushed on one side due to the lack of packing inside the box. The bad news is there are No Returns Excepted from the Auction House Seller. Bid and Buy at your own risk.

one of the watches had a non working battery.
watches were much larger than I appreciated as the metric system was used to describe them. They were nice however but one of them had a dead battery.

Virtually every aspect of the description was in error.
The product description was erroneous, misleading and wrong. There is no such thing as green amethyst; it is prasiolite. The stone is not 2.8 carats, it is closer to 2 carat when you calculate this using dendritics. They use "diamond" in the description, but virtually all the pronged sites are empty, save one chip. They use the shipping costs as a + 20 % profit center. I would not deal with DTRider/IRSLiquation again, and this therefore includesliveauctioneers.com

If we can repair our relationship....
I understand that you guys were busy like me. I am a commercial roofing contractor and In the area where we are in a volatile and competitive market. I have to catch myself all the time not speaking to people the way a General Contractor does a sub contractor. Your word is your bond here. I have to be more patient with my Auction friends. I apologize for my behavior that was creating an urgency that was truly Insignificant compared what was creating unnecessary stress and a chaotic atmosphere.

After paying for my item, had to contact them multiple times just to get them to ship the item. I had to threaten cancelling the credit card payment for them to ship the item.

Their description of the item and what they sent were different. 1cwt D/SI2 ring in reality came out to be. 9cwt G/I2. A big difference in quality. They told me that if I sent it back they were positive that it would be 1cwt. But how would I know what they are measuring and how true that would be? I would have no idea. On top of that, they would have my diamond ring AND my money. They told me that if I brought it to a jeweler it would not be a correct appraisal. The thing is, is that my buyer wanted a nice quality diamond. So why on earth would they want a sub par diamond? They wouldn't. It would do them no good to grade the ring as they did. In the end, they did not want it because the grading was so far off from the auction house's grading. They also asked me for the name of my buyer. Ummmm, no?!?! It took 17 days for them to acknowledge that (you have to pay within 24 hours) it was not shipped yet, after I got in touch with them. Though they dated their invoice shipped March 5th. Not sure they would have even shipped it if I didn't ask where it was. Not the type of transaction I would have liked to have had. I have been in contact withLiveauctioneers.com and 1st Assest Collections about a refund and hopefully changing their ways on misleading and incorrect/fraudulent advertising and selling.

I have emailed them two times TO LET THEM KNOW I only received the necklace. I DID NOT RECIEVE THE EARRINGS. The box had not been tampered with inside was a receipt stating both items were shipped but upon opening and inspection only the necklace was inside. Please advise on how to proceed. Frustrating.

3 bad experiences happen 1. I Received my invoice on the items I won on 1st October 2018 and done my payment on 2nd October. 10 days after that I received Dispute from this auction house stated that I fail to make payment. After provide evidence, the company agree they already received the payment. My account has been suspended and have to wait for 20 days after the incidents (19 Oct 2018), then the dispute has been lifted. THIS IS BAD 2. On 17 Oct 2018, a person name Robert from DTRIDERS INC send email to me and promise to me the stated that the invoice has been process and the item will be send out shortly. Until 19 October, nothing happen. I contact DTRIDERS back and raised email on shipment inquiry. THIS IS BAD 3. On 20th October, I received an email from personel from DTRIDERS INC stated that the "Your items should be shipping out next week via USPS Priority 2-day mail!" and today is 25th. Nothing happen, No news, No update on tracking number and the worse part, the items which already paid and promised to be send out still not arrived. This happen after 23 days payment mad. THIS IS VERY WORSE. These are my 3 bad experiences. TQ

I paid for Invoice # 4141 on October 1, 2018-Check # 2260 in the amount of $1, 889.99. I also paid for Invoice # 4170 on October 3, 2018-Check # 2261 in the amount of $1, 879.99. Both checks cleared my bank on October 12, 2018. I received the gold coin on Invoice # 4141 but I have not received the gold coin or a UPS shipping notice that the gold coin on Invoice # 4170 has been shipped even though I called and talked to someone who said it was going to be shipped the next day, last week. Focus more on customer satisfaction and less on profit. Like that's going to happen. I was totally dissatisfied with every aspect of your auction house and you will not see me back again.
