I won an auction and literally the next day I go into work and my hours are cut by 15hrs and that killed me. But I messaged them and explained my story and they were exceptional with helping me out because I couldn't afford the item I won. They gave me the opportunity to buy it later before they resold it or if I couldn't they would still be nice enough to bid again when I got my normal hours at my job. They were extremely great at feeling my loss but are still behind me if I get back to normal. Again im sorry and I hope all is well. Thank you very much for understanding.
