Love my new painting. The piece is just like advertised, in new condition and shipped just how I needed it shipped.

We've won a couple of paintings from these folks. Each time they were responsive and helpful. We love our new paintings! The storefront is as others describe, an artwork framing/antique looking store that is seldom open. But it was not difficult arranging a time to collect or items, just had to happen on a weekday. We've also gotten work shipped from them which was packed securely and delivered very promptly. They have great taste and a beautiful selection of work. Will definitely bid on their auctions again!

I raised an issue regarding the purchased painting's authenticity. Auction house WOULD NOT provide me with any paperwork or the ID regarding an alleged certified appraiser who they claim to have used to review items/paintings prior to the auction listing. Paid the $2000 invoice immediately and even upgraded the shipping. Not an issue of money! Instead, an issue of confidence in this painting's authenticity accentuated by the auction house's behavior/response. BUYERS BEWARE!

My purchase through Time Auction Global was smooth. Payment was tendered through LiveAuctioneers. There was a bit of a gap between payment and when they notified me for shipping information, but they responded to my email promptly. The piece was packaged well and shipped without any problems. The shipping was less than I expected and very well secured. The item matches the auction description and is in very good condition. Overall a great experience!

Once again I had a very positive experience with the Time Auction staff. The catalogued item description was very accurate and the painting was professionally packed so that it arrived in perfect condition. Could not have been better!

Their use of the phrase "Original" really should read "Original FAKE"

Despite the restrictions placed on them during this health crisis, the staff responded to my questions prior to the auction and conducted a very well organized sale. Most important, my painting was expertly packed, with several layers of bubble wrap and the heaviest duty cardboard box I have ever received! I was notified the day it shipped and was able to track it on its route. A totally positive experience from beginning to end!

I am genuinely surprised on how well the packaging was. It made me feel like I've bought something from a high end gallery. I put a frame on the painting and it looks immaculate on my wall. A very nice purchase indeed.

four months later, item has never been received. auction house totally non responsive to phone and text inquiries. auction house blaming UPS for missing item but item never entered into UPS system, totally unprofessional operation

Painting came thickly protected in the box-no wY if could have been damaged and wasn’t! Thank you.

They are basically undesirables. The UPS store went to pick the paintings up twice but this auction house wouldn't hand them over.

The packing for this item was among the best of anything I have received from any of the auction houses. It was very very carefully done and this was not even an expensive item

The auction experience was excellent, and I would not hesitate to bid again in one of their auctions. That said, I gave a somewhat satisfied rating based on the length of time it took to pack and ship my item-almost 2.5 weeks from purchase to actual shipment, almost 3 weeks until receipt. This could have been better. When I called they were courteous and wanted to be helpful, but the total time was too much.

Shipping address was a . Their web site indicated they shipped by USPS. Instead they shipped by UPS. It took a week of aggravation with UPS to have the shipment re-directed to my home address which at the time was a big inconvenience. The packing was sub-par considering the item was a watercolor with 18 "x21" of glass involved. Luckily it did arrive intact.

The artwork requires more protection when it is being shipped, rather than a layer of bubble wrap to protect a painting, they should include styrofoam peanuts as well and to use a thicker cardboard outer layer. The have their own shipping, to save the purchaser money, but don't cut cost on the packaging!

Horrible service. Will not give them my business again. I have contacted them to see about paying my invoice and shipping, responded the first time. Didn't seen to understand my question so clarified and they were rude. I've asked for a corrected invoice with corrected USPS shipping, nothing received. Very disappointed.

It is an antique shop that is rarely open. Selling fakes as well. Nice people (if you find them) but very unprofessional.

The auction photos of the item were inaccurate, it took 3 weeks from the time of the auction for them to ship the item, and when it arrived the frame looked like it was trashed. I wouldn't even hang this in my garage. The painting was packed in bubble wrap and the box showed no indication of damage I can only conclude that the picture was damaged prior to packing. I have purchased a number of paintings onliveauctions.com and this is the absolute worse experience. I doubt I will do business with these people again.
