25 % Buyers premium is outrageous!.. Shipping was twice what UPS or USPS would charge Paying 2 invoices is not very friendly to the customer. Put all charges on one invoice for payment like most other auction houses. There was no pic, description or condition listed of this product with a no return policy. Not very customer friendly.
