After the auction was one I was told to expect contact from the shipping company within days. After over a week of no contact, I Left 2 voicemails which were unanswered. Email communication also non-existent. While the auction house does not necessarily control shipping, the post when communication was unacceptable. Should not have taken over two weeks to receive an invoice for shipping and not be provided with any communication or responsibility on the auction house for shipping details to be communicated in a reasonable amount of time.

I thought I got a good deal on a unique little side table, but I contacted them twice to try to get some handle on the process after I thought I should have received an email of confirmation or some request to pay, but they simply said they had all of my info & referred me over to the shipper; the shipper said he had all my info but never sent the item. They didn't even seem to note the email I gave them over the phone to make sure they could send me a receipt, some notice when it was sent or delivered. I know I paid a small amount, but I know they received that payment, and I thought they'd at least deliver my item, but no sign of it even a year later... I entered a busy season at work and stopped trying to pursue working with their uncooperative staff. At least it was less than a hundred dollars, but I was terribly disappointed in how unconcerned they were with completing the transaction. I didn't bother participating in another auction purchase for over a year-it left such a bitter aftertaste with me. It was just such a poor demonstration of busines ettiquette, and then to receive nothing after I paid them just felt unethical... Poor business overall.

I have purchased 100's of items through Kleins Auction over many years. Never, Have I had any problem or issue with any transaction. Still today, on their online auctions-I know that their descriptions and photos tell the real story about the listings. A simple phone call can settle your mind to sell with Kleins or bid online for an enjoyable experience.

Item as described. Easy transaction. One disappointment was shipping was super expensive and when I received the item, the box was not secured and the top came right off. Item was NOT damaged. But overall a good experience.

I always check out every auction and bid frequently. These folks are great to work with, very accommodating and honest.

Apparently the associate i spoke didnt know there shipper didnt ship marble as i was told it would be picked up on a friday an id be contacted with a shipping cost after 2 weeks an no word i emailed an was informed they didnt ship marble an i needed to find anither shipper upon contacting the shippers wanted 250-300 bucks to ship a $35 dollar end table well i guess you all inherited an end table
