Truly superior customer service. I was called out of town unexpectedly and was concerned about the item being delivered and potentially sitting on my porch unattended for a few days. I contacted them and they immediately responded that they would hold my item until my return. They couldn’t have been kinder or more gracious. I will also note that their shipping costs are extremely reasonable, which is also a great benefit. I am completely pleased and impressed with this auction house. And thankful!
