The item (glass) came through very securely and safely packed, and is now nestled on my desk! Auction house did a good job.

Very pleased w the auction. Items arrived undamaged and as described. I would participate in another auction from this auction house. No problems.

I bit on this because the description say "Red". Color red was only produced in the first two runs: 1 ********** and 1 **********. The color I received was post 1986 Poppy. The pictures were miss leading as poppy is very close in color to radioactive red. Its the radioactive red that I thought i bought. It will eventually all be sold off at a loss.

Lion and Unicorn were fine as an auction house. The problem was the shipper. The shipper charged over $35 for something that was not fragile, very small and weighed less than 2 ounces. I would recommend look at offering some alternate shippers as though I like the auction house. I will seriously consider bidding items from here due to the high shipping.

I won an auction in January and my money was deducted immediately (along with a shipping charge that was more than the combined total of my winning lots) however I did not receive my winning lot until the end of March. Initially I'd contacted the auction house 2 weeks after my winning bid and was told then there was a 4 week processing time. Fast forward 6 weeks and I contacted the auction house and this time received no response. Only after contacting liveauctioneers did the auction house finally respond. Ultimately it's the worst experience I've had on the site thus far.

I buy alot from LiveAuctioneers and have several packages a week shipped, $90 for a 12 x 12 x 12 box from FL to NC is twice as much as it should be, I would factor really high shipping costs into any order if you are away from the house.

They offer high-quality items, and their customer service is exceptional. They are always helpful and attentive, and everything is spotlessly clean. The packaging is perfect, and it was the best experience I’ve had at an auction.

This auction has good items and is well run but they use standard shipping costs and I have paid $30 to ship one coin. They do mention this up front but if one is bidding on small items that are not particularly expensive it basically doubles the price of the item.

Like the title says.. hands down (no pun) Lion and Unicorn is by far one of if not the single best auction houses in southern Florida!! From the photography and the description to the the auction floor the entire Lion and Unicorn team is well organized and professional...
