Never received the won item or response from the company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Bought some little items & they tried to charge $38 for shipping. Three weeks later & a boatload of unanswered emails, they lowered it to $29. Still ridiculous. Still waiting for a month later. Won't even tell me if it has shipped. Beware!!

Insured antique ceramic item arrived in many broken pieces for which Ross will not reimburse. Also, the electric cord to this ceramic light was cut at the base which was not original condition and described as a condition issue. After initial contact and documentation of damage, Ross Auction stopped communication with the buyer who paid timely after the auction. Beware of this seller as they shipped non-conforming goods.

THEY WORK HARD TO PLEASE

25 % buyer premium 3 % to pay the invoice. No trzcking info despite following up wiyh them. Never had a response back. Most expensive least responsive auction sight I have had to desl with.

Great experience with this Auction company. Item was well packed and shipped in a timely manner. Shipping costs were reasonable. Will bid again with Ross Auction Company.

There are many great and good people who run auction houses. What I would like to leave with others who bid is read, read, read and be very careful.

Great communication, item was packaged very well for safe delivery and they emailed and texted me the tracking number... without me having to ask for it 3 times like I usually need to with other auction companies! Hope to purchase more lots from them in the future. Thank You!

Was contacted 2 days after the auction and was told an item I had won online was sold on the floor. Ross Auction told me it was the fault of Live Auction, not them.

I didn't mind the slow processing of receiving invoice. However, the shipping costs were way to high in my opinion. Buyers premium and shipping added up to more then the hammer price for the item. Not good.

I have collected antiques for over 40 years... I have NEVER seen packing like what I experienced with Ross Auction!! The ceramics were packed so well, a nuclear bomb could not have opened the boxes!! Incredible, and THANK YOU for three GREAT items!!!!!!

I like auction houses that do their own shipping. Packing and shipping was beyond excellent!!! Great experience and professional. Saving as one of our favorite auction houses. Thanks!!!

Very good transaction

When I finally spoke to the office, I was told that due to getting screwed out of $25, 000.00, they held my package from being shipped for 10 days. I was never notified of the issue or the cause of the delay. Several times, I called their office on a direct line, there was never anyone there to take my calls. When I was finally able to call with a CC card number, the purchase was not processed for at least three days. Clean up your act, be responsible and so much better communication with your buyers. They are the backbone of your business. Not the excuse laden clerk who finally answered my call, a day late and a dollar short.

It took quite a while to pack and ship item, however, the crating was first rate and the shipping was fast once it was picked up by shipper.

Overcharged for shipping. This light, small item, not extremely fragile, for which I was not in a rush, should not have cost $25 to ship.

Extremely satisfied with everything related to Ross Auction from timely receipt of billing after auction; really like that you have in-house shipping, received items very quickly after payment. Only issue non-Ross, but had to do with on-line bidding that kept saying I was out-bidded; so stopped bidding. Thus, totally confused when received e-mail saying I was successful and with purchase of both Lots and would receive billing.

First time bidder from California would definitely deal with Ross again look forward to the next auction

The items came as described, are beautiful and were packed very well. It did take a while to receive them. I contacted them via email to find out when my items would ship and didn’t get a response. I did get a shipment notice shortly after my inquiry though. My biggest issue was that the item was shipped to my billing address, which is my home, and not my specified shipping address. I never have auction items shipped to my house as I don’t want them sitting outside. I would definitely buy from them again, hopefully the shipping issue was just a one off problem.

Your listings say you will combine shipping costs but you then refused to do so. Your shipping costs and process do not even come close to comparing with similar items I have purchased and had shipped from other auctions houses and shippers. The costs were exhorbitant. I will not be bidding with you again in the future because of this.
