Very Professional Auction Company

Easy to deal with and shipped my items out promptly. The problem is the horrible manner in which my items were packed. Lots of empty room in the box for the items to shift around in. Flattened display boxes thrown in on bottom of box with no protection at all. Seems as though they didn't care.

You never know when you you bid and win items online. First time using this house and everything was good. You don't receive a lot of communication, none actually to my questions after the auction but that's to be expected I guess with so many things to do. Items well described and it better condition actually. My only issue is why on earth do these auctions use bubble wrap on 70 + year old tinplate toys. The bubble wrap can interact with the pieces causing damage. Luckily, not the case with my items but you should always ask to have them wrapped in paper first. All and all, very satisfied with everything.

The items were described well with numerous photos. Bidding was easy and once the auction was over, the payment went smoothly. Shipping was handled in-house and the items were wrapped carefully and securely. A very positive experience.

Another great experience with this auction house. The item was well described. They offer in-house shipping (FYI... not for all items), and my item was shipped quickly and well wrapped, at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
