We are a former Old City Philadelphia art gallery that has relocated to the beautiful seaside town of Margate, New Jersey where we represent an array of international artists, while also supporting talented local artists. A large part of our business is also dealing heavily on the secondary market where we run online auctions and broker private sales. We have partnerships with galleries in Europe that allows us to bring art into the hands of collectors who would otherwise have limited access to it. Beautiful Piece, Easy Service
I was able to buy a great piece by favorite Haitian artist at a bargain price and was able to drop by to pick it up at a convenient time. Just bought another!

Accurately Represented
The piece I bid on and won, and the piece I received at my home address, matched perfectly. In other words, colors-which I know (from experience) are hard to represent accurately in photos taken for online displays-were very well done by Avra. The painting I received looks exactly like the painting I bid on (I have sent paintings back before due to online representations being so different from reality). Furthermore, the painting, which was large and round, was packed well and was received here undamaged. Avra did well by me in every regard!

Quick and kind transaction.
Very good communication with Avra: quick and accommodating. Recommended, would buy from again. (Dealing directly with this auction house was much better than liveauctioneers. com's automatic system and it's additional high fee.)
