Broken Ming Water Jar. One of the worst packing jobs I have seen from sellers at Liveauctioneers. Unlike most sellers the packing job was not good and it was destroyed. To make things worse, I average 6-8 purchases a month from liveauctioneers. The seller has stopped responding to emails and now I am left to fight to get my money back even though they sent an email stating shipped insured. Don't walk, run away from this seller.

I "won" a Cartier tank watch bid. Item was listed in "good condition". After multiple attempts to reach Brohames to determine the item's shipping schedule through email, phone calls, Live Auctioneers portal, etc., I gave up and the item finally arrived about 10 days later. The watch arrived in non-working condition, so I took it to the local Cartier Boutique to have it inspected for repair. I was told the watch was "not authentic" and that Cartier wouldn't be able to repair. Multiple attempts to contact Brohames led to further frustration due to the same results as previously experienced: no response to Live Auctioneers portal messages, a phone system that no one answers and that doesn't give you an opportunity to leave a message. I've since disputed the charge with my Credit Card company and reached out to Live Auctioneers Customer Support for assistance and they have also reached out to Brohames via email w/o any response to date. Based on my situation, I strongly DO NOT recommend bidding w/Brohames Auctions & Galleries...
