I had a question concerning a shipment that I submitted on a Friday after their closing hours. I did not expect a reply until Monday but they went out of their way and replied almost immediately. Their shipping fees were more than reasonable and they shipped fast. Perfect packing. I would recommend this company to everyone and will be bidding with them again in the future.

When I received the item I had won it was clearly bent down the middle even with the excellent packaging and multiple notices on the package stating to not bend and fragile: glass. I took photos before and after opening. The item was definitely damaged so I send an email and quickly got a response and a replacement was sent. I just received the replacement today and it arrived perfectly with some additional protection and the same warning all over the package. I am very pleased with Classic Moments and will conduct business with them again. Great job guys!
