Das schlechteste Auktionshaus der Welt, ihre Zahlungsmethode ist schrecklich, ihre Kommunikation ist schrecklich, sie antworten wann sie wollen, ich habe 1000 Euro verloren, nach 30 Tagen warte ich immer noch auf die Ware, die ich sicherlich nie erhalten werde, NICHT KAUFEN Sie bei diesem Auktionshaus.

The payment methods listed for Liveauctioneers are not possible. The only way to pay by credit card is to pay by paypal, but it adds 5 percent. The promised shipping date is not kept and ignored. The process to receive the goods is as follows 5/16 invoice sent 5/17 Payment 5 % paypal fee is added 5/19 Payment received by email 5/31 invoice again from liveauctioneers 6/2 Notify me that you have paid 6/10 Notified that the item will be shipped on Monday the 11th 6/15 Contacted for tracking code. 6/15 Tracking code sent. 6/15 ups info says label creation date is 6/14. 　 　 Wasn't it supposed to be sent on the 11th? I contacted them by email. Since then, I have been ignored. 6/28 Received.

LiveAuctioneers has attempted multiple times to appeal to the auctioneer to release the items. As of now, the Auctioneer has indicted that he is keeping my money and not shipping my items. These are the types of interactions that give Auctioneers a bad name.

5 weeks after payment was made, the items have still not been shipped. eMails asking for shipping status were ignored, until I threatened to contact payment, and only then did they respond with a demand for extra shipping cost saying that 2 boxes were required. The additional amount for the extra shipping was sent, and then just empty promises. Finally, I got a notification from UPS that a label was created, but only for 1 box, and even days later, that box had still not been picked up to ship. eMails once again started to be ignored. I had to contact Liveauctioneers and PayPal.

A very easy to use bidding platform, with plenty of emails and communication, thank you. Having won an item, and therefore eager to receive, I had to wait 10 days after payment before they shipped the item and then had to wait for the post to the UK. Thankfully in the end, items received and very pleased.

After 5 weeks no merchandise received, no communication (except to ask for a review), and they refuse to reply to my email.
