Great rings. I’m very pleased and when I asked a question about shipping the seller was very responsive.

Pricing, Quality, and Condition of the rings was better than I had expected.

Ordered 7 bracelets in one lot and received 7 different ones. Very poor quality and NOTHING like what I ordered. Scrap. Sadly, the order came late and they charged me double shipping for this and another lot even though they packaged them in one shipment. Please read the other reviews. Buyer beware! I had to reach out to them multiple times to verify that I would receive my shipping charges as well as a full refund for this epic waste of time. They do no communicate well in English. Multiple misspellings and no real answers. They should be reprimanded by this site that supports these poor practices.

owner is a take it or leave it kind of person, he acknowledges he sold me an item he no longer has, but in the end i had to accept a different statue not the one originally purchased. i was more disappointed with live auctioners, as time goes on i can see they do nothing to resolve anything they simply want their fees. i was left at the mercy of this man to work something out, when he sold me an item he did not have and hung up on mew over and over again mean while i am communicating with live auctioneer and they are responding with emails basically telling me let us know how it goes and good luck. honestly i am going back to ebay after this. At least you can actually talk to ebay this place all you get are emails, aggravation and unsatisfactory customer service.

Their auctgion was at 10pm eastern time, making it almost 1AM before my lot came up for bid. This seemed very strange to me. Also their merchandise was mainly jewelery and the minimum bid seemed to me to be much higher than most items deserved.

I won an item several months ago from this auction house. They still have not sent it. How can they auction an item that they do not have? When I complained after paying shipping and not receiving, they said it was on back order? How can an antique or rare bronze item be on back order. I still have not received my purchase. Beware

The so call art was overpriced and is of low quality and value! Shipping cost was over the top for this quality item. Similar pieces are found in Kirkland stores for $75. Cheaply made. I have requested a refund and no response. Stay away from this vendor.

One of the better auction houses with excellent customer service

At least in the case of my recent purchase, the auction price was reasonable AND the price included shipping! This is a tremendous benefit! In many cases, the savings represented buying something at auction for much less than estimated value is offset by the cost of shipping, sometimes double the purchase price or estimated value for an ordinary item (not a piece of furniture or something concrete.). This is a real value!!!

I purchased two items at Auction. One was received in satisfactorily. The larger item, a 37 inch Bronze sculpture of a Bald Eagle, broken upon receipt, which I feel was probably due to faulty packaging. The restocking fee is 50 % which means I would be at a loss of $900.00! No way! I am in search of finding someone who can repair the sculpture, which is at my further expense. As such, Sterling has lost further business from me.
