Wonderful to work with. Really enjoyed bidding with them!

I bought a very small lot of two photos and could not get any assistance with shipping. The items would fit easily in a small flat rate USPS box but nobody will take the time to do this 5 minute task. I will not be bidding with this company again and I suggest you may wish to investigate further yourself before YOU do. As an established business, I would never treat paying customers in that manner.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Talked to a woman after the auction. She was very professional and answered all of my questions.

Asked for a refund for a painting and got a response from them of oh we don't give refunds. So I got nothing for my money. Beware of this company they are ripping off people and keeping your money and giving you nothing for it. And actually this is the first time I've ever had a problem with an auction house ever. Most are reputable and would work something out with you about it. Not this time. They kept my money and offered nothing for it. Still contemplating taking it to court and Reporting it to the police in there state. If it happened to be over 500 it would be grand theft. DON'T Buy anything from them unless you want to risk getting nothing for your money.....

Among the different regional auction houses, there are a few that stand above the rest. New England is one of those for several important reasons. First, the gallery is run at a high professional level, and second, that the owner, Fred Giampietro, knows the material better than most others. As a result, descriptions are very accurate. Finally, it's a good place to consign because they advertise widely and well.

Pleasant and helpful staff, could not have been easier to complete transaction and pick up my lots.

The shipper they recommended was very prompt and reasonable priced
