New Have Auctions was great to work with! I received invoices for the item and shipping quickly as well as fast responses to my questions. Item not quite as shown
The problem with the silver overlay bronze vases is tarnished gray silver. This one didn't look bad in the photos but when I got it I realized it was very gray. Wouldn't have bought it if I'd realized that.

Item received was inferior
In May 2020 I purchased a pueblo pottery olla from New Haven Auctions-Fred Giampietro. It was received very promptly and obviously was not damaged in shipment. However, the description and pictures of the item did not include MANY cracks and chips in the pot. There was also writing on the outside surface of the pot (not on the bottom) which I have not attempted to remove. I wish I could include pictures so that you could see that I am not exaggerating. I am in the process of contacting the auction house now. The auction house description was as follows: Nice large Acoma pottery olla. Graphic nine patch and bird head design H 8-1/2 "Dia 9-1/2". Excellent original condition. Firing pop (approx 1 "dia) as seen in images. US shipping $50...". Note the "excellent original condition" statement which is definitely a vast overstatement. At best, I would classify the condition as "good".

This auction items were shipped directly from the dealer. It was a benefit auction. The buyer never contacted us to notify us of the situation. Had he, we would have promptly taken the item back and had his money refunded.
