Harlequin Auctions were great to deal with. Although it was a bit scary to wire money to Russia for the first transaction with this auctioneer, they were excellent at communicating and the shipping was fast and trouble free. A true pleasure to deal with!

The auction group itself was extremely helpful, and I could not be happier with what they did. Working with the Russian banking system (which was necessary in this case) was difficult, complex, and confusing-particularly for an individual. But the auction house did everything they could to be responsive and helpful. The item shipped immediately after cash transfer, and the shipping time itself was fast.

I have won artwork with several auction houses. Although it was a bit hard in the beginningwith Harlequin to be authorized to bid (which is a good thing since it means they choose their bidders), But after that their responsiveness was amazing, and from all the other auction houses, I can say that Harlequin was by far the fastest to deliver, and I live at the other side of the globe! I would definitely deal with them again.
