I call them because the shippers try to rip me off instead of helping me the mean lady that works there kicks me off from doing any more bidding when I tried to explain how bad the shipping company was taking me. BEWARE!

I conceive Rt. 32 auction house as a full-service auction house.

I had an excellent experience with this auction house and I highly recommend.

I won to Coca-Cola trays. Could have been shipped in a priority mail box for $18 … Instead was charged $24 for a box plus more for shipping and then more for handling … Overall over $50 to ship two small items. Contacted the company prior to shipping and they made a note of my request … However I decided it was better to charge me $24 for a box plus all the shipping and handling fees and the shipping cost … The company did well in Earning a nice profit from the shipment

I could not expect better service. Excellent staff and communications. Packaging and shipping was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend Rt 32 Auctions anytime!

The shipping kilked the transaction. I wasted my money on the airplane because the shipping charges were so high. The auction house didn't bother to even respond with a solution. Someone got my airplane for free! Live and learn. Never again! I'm extremely disappointed.

Just wanted everyone to know that my experience with this auction house was my first time and possibly my last. The auction itself went great but it was the after effect that I was very disappointed with. In the payment details it said that you must pay within 72 hours after receiving your invoice. After I received it it had a processing fee added. No mention anywhere did I see anything about this fee. And it wasn’t just a small amount either. So I sent them an email with no response. Also in that email I told them I wanted to pay by check in order to save the credit card fees. So after the 72 hours was up, my credit card was charged. So I emailed them again complaining about both issues. Again, no response. So the next time I decided to call them. No one answered so I left a very detailed message. With a request for a call back. Of course no response. So if you intend to bid on anything from this auction house, you better pre check what the processing fee is for. I have dealt with many auctions and have never had issues such as these. And apparently a company that doesn’t care about their customers.

Exactly as photographed, Im very happy with the price and procedure.

No issues with the auction and payment process, but their in-house shipping was disappointing. Item was shipped in an very oversized box, which I calculate doubled the cost. And even then, it wasn't well packed, and one part of the item actually poked through the cardboard. Fortunately it wasn't damaged. And the last disappointment-a huge box of very eco unfriendly styrofoam to dispose of.

My items arrived broken due to very poor packing. Just a little bubble wrap, some styrofoam pop corn, items loose in box, no fault of the shipper, packing box had no damage anywhere. 4 broken Antique toys, Big mess. They never answered their phone, I called them several times. Sent emails, and text messages, Finley day 3 email arrived back saying sorry for the damage. Send pictures of box and packing. Good luck there.

Live Auctioneers charges "service fee" to charge your credit card. LA does not give enough time to contact auction house directly to settle payment especially if an auction ends over the weekend. This is not right since LA charges fees to the auction house which is where they get their income. No need to hit buyers for additional fees.

The taxes, auction fees and handling fees really drive the price up well over 35 % higher than the actual final bid.

Great item!! Exactly as described. Shipped very well protected and areived unharmed. I'd buy from them again!

The pictures were fairly good, so that was a plus. The invoice was sent right away. However, I had my lots shipped and it took a month to get them with little communication. When I finally got them some items were missing (a few sockets which were clearly very pictured were missing from a the set). Not the end of the world, but overall not the best experience.

Honestly they are top notch and super easy to deal with and are on point!

The item was as shown and the 23 % added price was also included. It took a few emails to get everything straight then as soon as I paid, the item was shipped. I like my gun; it truly is awesome.

The most valuable part of the lot were destroyed and Route 32 Auctions has a statement that they have no responsibility for damages. They paid a small refund but I was not made whole. They apparently don't insure their shipping.
