Great Experience, and shipping was well packed, but expensive!

Don’t answer to messages. I paid long ago including the shipping and no news about the item, no tracking number, NOTHING, despite I asked. Unacceptable behavior, maybe fraud?

It took OVER a month to receive my two items. I sent numerous emails and only received a response once I placed a complaint with LiveAuctioneers. They they contacted me and STILL did not give me tracking information. Horrible customer service. They finally emailed back and don't even have the decency to sign off with a "thank you" or put their name down. A completely non-personal experience. Won't do business with again. In this day and age if you don't care about your customers then your customers will tell about you. Good luck...

I am finishing off my overdone garage and needed a two sided, relevant sign to mark the spot where I park my Porsche. This sign was perfect! The auction went well and I purchased the sign at a fair price. The communication with Route 32 Auctions was outstanding from confirming my address to advice on the shipping date. The piece was received in perfect order. I would highly recommend these nice people and look forward to doing business with them again. THANK YOU!

This was my second auction with Route 32. Very impressed both times. Bidding, payment and pick up of won items very friendly and easy. My first auction was in person and my second was online with pick up on site the following week. When I picked up in person my items were laid out and ready to go. With help from Brandon I was ready to go in 15 minutes. Excellent from start to finish!
