Nice folks and easy to work with

Item was in poorer shape than I expected. It had not been cleaned in more than 50 years.

Was a bit confused when listing made it sound as if they would handle shipping, this is a big item so I figured they had arrangements with a shipper but they do not, I arranged my own shipping and things worked out fine.

I look forward to buying from this auction house in the future.

This used to be a very great company it was family around early so it seemed they partnered with another auction house in the past year or so and service has gotten very bad

Even after telling me that there would possibly be an additional 2-week delivery delay, due to Covid and a labor shortage, my items were shipped rather promptly and were packed with care. Both items were exactly as described. This was not my first experience with Route 32 Auctions and I will definitely continue to bid in their auctions with confidence in doing business with them. 5 stars all the way!

Staff at Route 32 Auctions seem to be confused and less than helpful, hardly a "Smooth Transaction". It took over 1 month before I finally got my purchase. I'm not sure if I will do business with them again.

This auction house displays integrity and very polite with my questions answered about my item. This was my first experience and it was excellent! My payment and shipping was accurate and in great timing. I received my poster and love it which will be a Xmas present. I will follow some of their auctions and highly recommend this auctioneer!!!
