I love his auctions! I was lucky enough to win three items. I called Ralph and asked him if it was possible to pick them up on a Saturday and he said it's my day, but I will be there@ 8:15. We drove up From Bridgewater, which is about 175 miles and there he was right on time. Just Awesome!

I had so much fun with this auction house, I cannot wait for their next show. I had my eye on three lots, and had some questions, and the owner was quick to respond to each and every one of them, even though it was the same question for each lot …. he patiently and in a very good natured fashion answered them all. By the end we were both laughing at either end as the questions involved spitting barnyard animals. Yup, you read that right …. spitting duckies. They were bronze ducks for a fountain that I fell in love with. I won two out of three …. the goose got away, but everyone at Fontaine was so happy for me I got them as I really loved them. It felt like a family affair, and that was really nice. The ducks arrived safely and were exactly as described and it is now up to me to get the water pumping and them spitting as I promised the auction house a photo. In short it was an all around great experience, not only for the top notch excellent professionalism and customer care I received, but they also clearly enjoy what they do and they have fun with it, and that fun is contagious. So I’ll most definitely be back for their next offerings and I suggest you do the same if you want to find some really fun, unique items, meet and treat with some truly wonderful super pleasant and fun professionals and see how I think an auction house should be run. They do a superb job all around. Just don’t outbid me on any water spitting barnyard inhabitants, ok? Ok! Cheers, John

After discovering a problem with the LiveAuctioneers bidding functionality during the auction, Mr. Fontaine and his son went out of their way to help us-actually help ME figure out a way to obtain an item that my wife so badly wanted. He spent a lot of time beyond our needed interaction and my wife left extremely happy. Both Mr. Fontaine and his son epitomize excellent customer service. My highest compliments.
