Everybody, please make sure it is safe before you make payment by check to this auction house. This auction house never response to your call and email. And they may not mail you the LOT you won. I made the payment by check deposit directly to their bank account. After that, I tried to contact them, but no answer, no response. I checked on the reviews, some people had the same problem with me. I think this auction house is fraud. If I don't get it solved, I will sue the company and auctioneers. Good Luck!

My check cleared my account on 9/10/2019 for the Lot I purchased. I have tried calling, emailing, all to no avail. Monte Carlo has promised that I would receive shipping info or a refund, but as of 11/4/2019 I have not received either. This company does not communicate well and has not resolved this issue.

It's been two and a half months after I made payment including the shipping fee. But the auction house still neither ship my item out nor response to my inquiries.

Make sure you keep contacting with Monte carlo, they never answer phone calls, no matter how many messages left. I never received any call returned till today 8/8/2019 after I have paid them by official bank check which cash on July 7, 2019.
