condition was 'like brand new' it is short but that was my problem since i didn't measure items in room correctly. easily corrected. great shipper suggested by auction house. perfect item.

Shipping 30 lbs to US is VERY expensive.

I had them help me ship an item I'd purchased (It had been re-glued and this was not described in the item description) and it arrived broken into many pieces and poorly packaged. I contacted the auction house and they have snubbed me after a week since I received damaged goods with previous repairs and packed as if someone just threw it in an oversize box with some foam "peanuts" and a single panel of plastic board... How anybody could pack anything this way let alone GLASS. So, I'm out a few hundred bucks for item and shipping.. Expensive enough lesson. Glad it wasn't something I paid thousands for!
