Not sure what happened..

Was my favorite place to buy and supporting a good cause … but i guess everything changes …. i asked for a photo with the “von brown “signature on a piece i was interested … i did get a response to my inquiry but the posting of the signature never happened. Also with the shipping i was alway post office now the more expensive fedex foron little flag over $30 with the handling charge … i hate fedex and the auction place nickels and dimes you to death with added handling charges ect … i guess i need to calculate this in when bidding on things in the future …

We are sorry you were unhappy, The pictures you requested were posted to the auction only 2 days after your request. If you look at lot 24 from our last auction you will see the pictures are archived along with every other lot we sell. As for shipping Fed-Ex has made a deal with the museum where there rates are lower than UPS or the USPS. they provide excellent service at a more than competitive price. Secondly they deliver the items without damage, Damage has been a huge issue with USPS and to a lesser extent UPS. Like everything else shipping costs are going up an this beyond our control.
