Khalil: First, I did not and can not suspend your account. Your poor paying habits is what got you suspended with Live Auctioneers. We sent you a second invoice 7 days after the auction and disputed it at that time. You paid the next day. I am not trying to protect myself as much as I am trying to protect my good paying buyers. Please try to understand my situation in this matter. We have to make a decision based on your bid history as to to place you on our no bid list or not. Like buying a car. If you go bowwow money at a bank and default on the loan. You will not be able to go to another bank and bowwow money on another car. Please keep in mind, it is important to pay for your purchases soon after the auction. This will keep your name off the dispute list and will help you to maintain a good bidding history. We can only go on what your history reflects. When we see disputes entered, it makes us believe, that bidder is a high risk bidder. Please try to understand why I take precaution when approving buyers. It not only hurts, me it actually hurts my good paying bidders. Non paying bidders will out bid others on something they really wanted. Knowing they have no intention on paying for the item. As far as the shipping goes. We changed our shipping policy and now we ship daily. Because of all the negative feedback we were receiving about how slow our shipping was. It seems I can't win. We used to start shipping at the end of the week to help people save money on shipping. We would pack the full week of winnings into one box. But it took to the middle of the next week to get all the shipping done. We made announcement live and had written instructions about our shipping. Well, Lets look at the date of the Auction. Wednesday October 30th 2019-Now lets look at the date time we received payment. After we have sent you 4 invoices. Payment: USD 21.56 11-24-2019 7:05PM-This is almost one month after the auction. This is not acceptable time for payment. My terms clearly state you must pay within 24 hours after receiving an invoice from us. When you are 3 weeks behind on getting us paid. We move on to good fast paying buyers. When we are not paid for the items you purchased within the first two weeks. We file a dispute, put you on our no bid list, and ban you from bidding with us again. At this time we figure you were just another non paying bidder. We might have resold these coins by now. However if by chance we still have them. I will make sure they get sent to you or issue you a refund. We do not have the time to keep going back, weeks or months later to check to see if you have paid. Thank you for paying, however, it would have been nice to have received some sort of notification from you since you were late with payment.

This is exactly why we have changed our shipping policy. We do 4 to 5 coin auctions every week. We used to never start shipping until Friday. This way if you bought on all for days we would combine shipping to help you save money on shipping. However, there is no possible way we could get it all done on Friday by noon when the mail person comes to pick up. With selling over 1600 lots per week, it would take up to Thursday the following week to complete the shipping for this one week. However because people would not read my shipping terms I would get negative remarks like this one. So we are now shipping everyday after the auction. We just started this year Jan. 1, 2020.
