OUTSTANDING
I have been both a buyer and seller through these guys. They do a great job and are always fun. I look forward to the Wednesday night auctions. Shipping is NEVER a problem. It's part of the process. Yes it has a cost. They do a great job packaging and I'm happy to pay for what is very reasonable costs and outstanding result. Thanks as always!

Over priced shipping
All my items were packed into an package you can mail for under $9 then put in a box and charged $28 for shipping when I called owner out on it he was extremely rude and gave me a thousand excuses why they can’t run a shipping department and then told me to F off he didn’t need my business I would never buy again from such a rude and unpleasant man

That is a complete lie! You are a liar in the worst way. We never told you to F off! You are mad because we do not combine shipping from different auctions, to save you $5.00. I told you to read my shipping terms because I was at the end of an auction and could not answer your question right away. All I said was Please read my terms. Then you called me an **********. Then proceeded to tell me i need to learn how to talk to people. So I emailed you the terms as written in the Terms and conditions and a cover letter that I send everyone who ask this. It explains why we do not combine shipping. You are the one who stated calling me names and degrading my integrity. I did tell you to go flay a kite and that I don't need your business only because of your attitude towards me and my company. You lied about me telling you to F off! That is a complete lie. I have all the shipping records and I can prove what I charge and what I paid to ship. All packages are based on weight, size and destination. You are not lying about one thing. Extremely overpriced shipping, no combined shipping unbelievably poor communications asked simple questions about shipping and response bye owner was extremely rude would never purchase from again and would strongly recommend not buying from suck a rude owner very poor business practice

My comment to you was "Please Read my shipping terms!" I was at the end of and auction when I noticed your question, so I answered with a quick response. Your message to me was and I quote: "Your shipping terms are not listed anywhere noticeably on live auctioneer and your response is less then enthusiastic I will not bother buying anymore items from your business you should really work on your communication really poor" My Shipping terms are where Live Auctioneers allows me to put them. Under Shipping Terms! I answered your question, which is written in the terms. All you had to do was read them. That's when you came back at me with rude comment. s. So I sent you another message that I send to all buyers who have the same question. It explains why I do not combine shipping packages from different auction days. Answer: We have tried combining orders from different auction days in the past and it did not work. We stopped combining packages due to the problems we were experiencing. We have several reasons why we no longer combine shipping from different auctions. Buyers would complain that shipping took too long, they would say something was missing form their package, they would do a charge back because we only provided one tracking number, claiming we did not send the second package. We do not have the time or space to hold packages. The day after the auction we start packing orders. Once we pack the order it is ready to be sent. You did not like that answer either. So you reacted again with Quote: Again thanks for the reply but your deliberately long message doesn’t give me any confidence in your company shipping or policies again no worries I will never purchase from you again and your responses make you sound like an ********** you might wanna change the way you respond to people. Had to wait for my bank to unlock my account
Had to wait for my bank account to unlock my account and when they did I paid for my item, after 2 days I contacted auction house and didn't hear back from them, contacted them the next day and finally got a response saying they gave my item back to the seller even tho they took my money for the item

Caleb: Your bank account being lock is not my problem. You should have communicated with us to let us know why you couldn't pay in respect to the terms of the auction. I am sorry but we can not hold product for three weeks after the auction waiting on payment. Please read my terms. All payments are due 48hours after receiving the invoice. My sellers like to be paid for their items after I sell for them. I do not like paying for purchases so I can pay the seller. I end up with items I did not buy. Had you paid for your purchases in a timely manner we would not have this issue. After two weeks of non payment you become a non paying bidder. You are then banned from our auctions. until you make mends. We do not have the time to keep going back everyday to see if you paid. We give the items you purchased back to the sellers. If you pay after we have settled the account with our sellers, we no longer have the merchandise to send. We do not take your money Live auctioneers collects our money from you, then pays us. You need to take this issue up with LA.
