Because the platform controls the flow of bids, we are not able to stop, alter, or override their bidding sequence. As for the shipping charge, after reviewing the complete transaction history, we can confirm that only two payments were processed — one for the item and a second for the shipping fee — which is exactly how the order should have been completed. We thank you for such a Positive comment on a not-so-positive experience. Mr. Pilaand is an outstanding customer. His understanding of the situation was greatly appreciated, as were his kind words. After the item that he had been looking for many years was damaged. He remained friendly and understanding. An A1 customer that any auction house would be lucky to do business with.

As a public Reply, Please Note That it is Very Easy to pick and choose and then Crop and Paste Bad Reviews. However, if You Notice, These Reviews For The Most Part are 3-4 Years Old. It's Funny How This Person Did Not, however, Post The 200 + Positive & 5 Star Reviews on our auction platform. She Also Has Chosen Not to Discuss The Profanity-Ridden emails Sent Through The Platform or How She Took 14 Separated Bags of Jewelry, Went Through Them all, And Then Dumped Everything Into a Single Box & returned it Without Prior Authorization. This Was Also Done With The Sterling Silver Items. Due to this, it takes a Great Deal of Time & Effort to Now Have to Sort Through What Was Sent. As a Rule, We Offer 10-14 Days Prior to The Auction For Questions & Concerns to be Addressed. Which Was Not Taken Advantage of. We, Here at Goldcoast Auctioneers, Take Great Pride in Our Business & Hold a Very Good Rating With Our Customers & Strive to Work With Customers on Any Issue. We here at Goldcoast are always happy to work with our customers. As our reviews clearly show. In this case, the customer requested to use his own method of transportation as he felt the price was too expensive. (The item was to be shipped to Europe and was quoted as such based on size, weight, and applied discounts at the time shipped. We were more than happy to comply. The customer's last email was on Last email was Mon, Apr 1, 2024,@ 5:10   PM No labels were ever recieved, and the customer was never heard from again, even after numerous phone calls. (Please note that this is the first communication recieved in close to a year) We are always happy to assist, but communication is vital, and we depend on communication to fulfill requests such as this.
