I will not bid with any auctioneer with no physical location

lot 84 may have been wrong description, it indicated "jade Buddha head", that mislead buyers to made aggressive bid. however after closer looks, more look like to be MABLE BUDDHA HEAD. On other hand, not responsive to customer's inquiries. the auction house stated commission 27 % for a newly grand opening business is very high, but that is not case, customer would have to paid 30 % for credit card payment. They know 98 % of the buyers would used credit card for the most convenient way to pay the invoice. this showed they are not honest. most other saml or big auction house do not collected 3 % more for credit card payment. Sothebys, Christies, Bonhams or even Macy, MTA charge one same price for all type payment. The more worse things to come, customer do not know where Proxy Auctioneers actually located. They wanted to get money first, but do not want to deliver to you soon. it would take 3 to 4 weeks to be ship! I would not recommence to buy with this auction house.
