I had a very bad experience with this seller. I feel misled by what he sold because the estimate was between 16, 000 and 17, 000 Swiss Francs. I assumed I was dealing with a professional art dealer who would provide a realistic price range. However, it turned out that no one wanted to buy this art piece because it is not worth 16, 000 or 17, 000 dollars. My research showed that this product can be bought for $150 on the market, and it is misinformation to say it was valued at 16, 000 to 17, 000 dollars. The dealer provided a false estimate, making me feel misled. Moreover, he is now demanding $900 for transport, whereas DHL or a similar company charges a quarter of that amount. He has already debited the money from my account. I do not have the item, and when I requested a refund, he insisted on retaining 30 % because he claimed I was not informed. I did not expect to be dealing with a seller who inflates the value of items to ten or even a hundred times what they are worth on the internet. Therefore, I feel misled by his information. I cannot trust this person and strongly advise anyone considering buying from him to avoid doing so.
